Special Operations Group Charlie is an Arma Reforger unit of like-minded operators who enjoy tactical gameplay without the extra guff that can creep into milsim units.
At our core, we are a group of friends playing a game we love, and we welcome any and all like-minded players.
HOW ARE WE STRUCTURED?
Earn respect.
Not rank.
There is no rigid structure to the overall community. Anyone is welcome and encouraged to try different roles—and even if you have just arrived, you are more than welcome to try leading a squad.
When we head out on a mission, we expect you to play your role and respect the chain of command for that operation. Senior roles and progression exist in Discord, but they reflect a player's experience and contribution more than a permanent chain of command.
MINIMUM NECESSARY RULES
Common sense.
Maximum freedom.
This is an important point for us. We do not want pages and pages of rules. Treat people well, play for the team, and use your common sense.
